This new venture came about after talking with my farming friends about how the new tenancy law changes were going to affect them and their business. I quickly realised that there was a real need for a 3rd party to help navigate this area because lets be honest, you didn't sign up to be landlords....you are farmers.

It's not easy going into your employees home and potentially having awkward conversations, but you need to be compliant these days especially now with the Co-operative Difference Payment effecting your payout. If you check your insurance policy that too requires you to have inspections completed and do you really want to give them another reason to be able to decline a claim?

We currently cover all of the Waikato and are looking at expanding further.

 

The first step is to contact me and set up an appointment so I can come out and chat about what you would like. I find this works best at your kitchen table over a coffee, although we can complete it all over the phone / email if you prefer. This can happen anytime through the season not only in May/June.

  • The actual inspection

  • The report and photos which will be emailed to you

  • Frequency of inspections - 3 or 6 monthly 

  • Completing a tenancy agreement and the things you need to include

  • Healthy homes compliance

  • Your expectations
